I just wanted to wish my friends here a very Happy New Year!! My bankers and me, have take’n a new direction on the future of my little park in south Alabama that I bought five years for a suppliment to my retirement. I’m gonna put everything I’ve got’n out of it, back in it, and hope for the best. It ain’t rocket science. And thankyou Mike for your rehab DVs. Affordable housing units becoming a home for a chosen customer with a voucher in their hands, that’s the tenant I’m looking for, for now. I want to try a few, anyway. When I get it filled again, and have my web site looking as good as Shawn’s, I’ll deed it to my daughters. This is a perpetual business.
