After getting booted out of Facebook Marketplace for no reason (I’d been a FB user for 20 years), we decided to try other lead generation channels to sell homes in our parks.

We launched a campaign on Google Adwords - a very simple campaign: “Rent to Own Mobile Home, Affordable, in Burkburnett, TX”, and variations of that.

Happy to report that it’s drummed up a good number of motivated, serious leads.
We only do like $100/week and seem to be getting calls/showings.

Where do they advertise? On YouTube? Google Search?

Google Search. You can also ad the display network and youtube if you’d like.

I got dumped from fb marketplace too - a permanent ban. You’re the 3rd person I’ve seen in this industry with same situation.

So glad the Google ads are working. Can you expand on how your using them to target market?
