Going to start offering RV spaces....need advice

I have several empty mobile home spaces and want to try putting some long term RV’s in them. Some questions…

  1. Should I use a different rental agreement for the space ?

  2. Have you noticed any real difference in long term RV tenants vs mobile home tenants ?

  3. Anything I need to watch out for ?

  4. I have 200 amp service for all my mobile spaces…it looks like I need to offer an RV plug on the RV spaces. Suggestions ?

  5. Any advice on the successful addition of long term RV tenants would be appreciated…Thanx.
