Hello! I’ve been databasing Georgia and was wondering if anyone had a Georgia RV and MHP list they would be willing to share to speed up the process!

Generally people aren’t willing to share lists because the amount of time and money involved to build them.
Georgia Mobile Home Parks are required to register with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.
That seems like an excellent place to start.
I looked at their online portal for a few minutes but found nothing obvious as far as the list goes.
The next step you could try is to do a Public Records Request.

If that does not work, you must pay for a title search service. Many firms scour public records and sell the data.

Reonomy is another Source.
You can also call a local Real Estate Firm and ask them for title leads for you to call on.
Remember that the easier the list is for you to find, the more likely it’s been worked already.
