Hey there,
I have a renter in my park that is complaining that his furnace keeps running (let’s not talk about the window he busted out right now), and when I went in to check on it, I was unsure if maybe it is the furnaces fault. I’m in northern Kentucky, so it’s getting cold, and he lives in a 14 x 70. The furnace is a 10 KW, and I normally see at least 12KW in three bedrooms. Does that size sound a little small?
Also, I’d love more info on the metal skirting that was brought up in Brad’s post a while ago, but I don’t want to hog all the space with that topic. Specifially though, do you use regular rails top and bottom?
