I am a new investor getting started with mobile home parks. I spent some of the holidays writing a business plan for acquiring mobile home parks. This includes raising money, general business strategy, finding parks… A friend recommended the Small Business Administration website. There is some good resources in there, especially if you are thinking about business plans, marketing, raising capital, etc. There is even an online course for writing a business plan that takes about an hour.
I found this helpful personally because I have spent a lot of time thinking about the real estate aspects, but not about the rest of the organization.
