I have three “handyman special” mobile homes in my park in Urbana IL. I am doing a little “spring cleaning” and would like these homes gone. I will give them away free to a good home if anybody is interested.
If nobody wants to move them out of my park, then I am willing to let them stay if somebody can fix them in one months time, and within two months have a good tennant paying lot rent to me.
Each home needs $3000 to $4000 worth of refurbishments. One is a '73 model, and one is a '65 model. I am not sure about the third but I can have that info on request. The reason I am doing this is because I have about 8 other homes that need less work, and I am trying to cut the amount of money I will be spending on rehabs.
