I am in final due diligence of a park in Missouri, ready to close this week. My other park is in Wyoming. As I know you are intimate with the Missouri market, are you willing to send me a copy of your lease? In a nutshell, I don’t want to assume what I do in Wyoming will work, or is allowed, in Missouri.
