We went to payoff the loan on a home we are buying and moving to our park yesterday. It was the “rental office” of a family business that owns several parks and other income property. When you walk in you are in a 6 x 10 room with a 1 foot square bullet proof glass window with a pass though tray like a stop and rob in the hood and the walls were reinforced! Does anyone do business this way? I do not want my business to ever get that dangerous.
