After spending a few days here in Florida after our recent bootcamp one of the things that I have noticed here as compared to many other areas of the country is how well the older homes in the nicer parks are kept up. With all the carports and additions these homes are in great shape and hats off to the residents and park owners for keeping them in such great condition.
Now if we cold only get those 8% cap parks in Florida to sell at 10% caps it would make it a whole lot more interesting to buy here!
