I am looking at a MHP that is in a flood zone A. It is currently insured for flood at an extra $700/year, it has only one house and one POH so the amount of physical structure is minimal. I am looking for those that have experience or feedback on owning homes in a flood zone, and in particular the most ominous zone A to get thoughts, warnings, advice, etc.
