I am a park owner in Ohio looking to buy some new homes to sell in my park. Does anyone have experience with Fleetwood or other manufacturers?

Any recommendation on models? How many do you need to buy to obtain a price break?

I purchase new homes from Horton here in Georgia. I’m paying around $17K deleivered for a 14x70 with a few bells and whistles.

I would call up some of the manufacturers and see what they offer to park owners. I have heard that Fleetwood is aggressively seeking park owners and offering some good deals.

Hopefully, someone will respond that has had some experience with their new home program.
