Are there any rules of thumb on cost per foot/meter of digging up roads / putting in sewer pipes / redoing roads? Would be a straight line on a small park. Just wondering for purposes of worst case scenario of park that’s currently on septic (and already on city water). Thanks!
To answer your question…“No”
Depth of sewer lines, type of soil, and obstacles around the pipe will be different with every park.

I would do all the work myself.
If it’s a small job you should be able to handle it.
Asphalt out here is $3.00 a sqft installed.
