on a small park with all park owned units, is there any value you add to the deal other than the wholesale value of the units? i’ve already figured the lots at the 60 rule. thank you
who’s wholesale value of the units?
You will want to separate the home value from the park evaluation. For the homes only use a conservative wholesale value and the MHP you can use the 60-30 rule for a ballpark value. There is no additional value that would be included.
