I am an experienced investor in SFRs. Last year I took the bootcamp, got side tracked with live and work. Now I am back with a mission (and a Why)
I am in search of my first MHP. So far, I have limited my search to 2-3 hours driving radius. Or shall I expand and go with a MHP anywhere in the US? For later on, I would definitely (have to) expand, I am wondering what should I do?
Also, I am analyzing a property in MD. I would love to JV/Partner with someone who has more experience and can have some investment (skin in the game).
