FIlling a empty RV Park

Hey guys, I’m new to the forum and own a RV park in AZ for a few years now.

I just finished upgrading the utilities on the site and working on infilling the park. The older owner had MH’s onsite which were not allowed so I can only place RV’s and I prefer long term tenants.

I was looking for any websites to post our availability or other marketing initiatives that can help fill the park? I have ads up on FB & CL for now. ANy sites similar to Zillow or realtor?

I did create a Google listing but dont have a website yet. I was reading on the forum that a few have a website and linked it to their Google page…how does this get leads?

I prefer to keep it TOH’s as I have invested a lot into the park already and been operating at a loss for 3 years now.

Appreciate your feedback and suport!

I used to have an RV park and we sent a packet of brochures to the state tourist bureau. Not sure if AZ does this but TX used to have brochures at their visitor centers and it’s free. You just have to send the brochures. Join the Chamber of Commerce and ask for links to their sites, same with state tourist bureau. Your goal may be long-term guests but any money is better than no money if you are operating at a deficit.
