Is anyone familiar with FHA programs that would permit loans on land that is long term leased (99 yrs)?
I believe FICO requirements are 620, which prices out most of my potential clientele
Any clever ideas on how to add credit support or insurance, so that the FICO limit doesn’t get in the way?
