I’m pursuing several Lonnie deals, but in some cases will have to move a few singles into different parks. I plan on advertising the sales as handy-man specials to avoid interior renovations, but will need to get the exterior of the homes presentable and looking decent. I would be very grateful for any feedback on how to economically dress-up the skin and roof of homes (paint brands and application methods, smart ways to prep the surface, window replacements, etc).
