Existing homes revenue sources

For existing TOHs, what additional revenue streams can be created beyond lot rent? Thank you!

We had some extra space in one of our parks so we levelled and graveled it up for resident boat and RV storage. Charged a great rate and it filled up immediately.

Love that idea! How much did you charge per month? And how much did your lot prep cost (gravel, etc)?

How did your market/advertise the lots for the boats and RVs, if one doesn’t know any boat owners?

I only charged $50 per month for boats and RVs- which is about half of what was out in town for uncovered storage. I think I spent $600 on gravel and just raked it out myself. Lot was level enough.
Few extra bucks per month.
