Evict/Lien/or what?

Hi guys

I’m kind of in a pickle here. Just wondering if any of you have any experience with this…

A tenant moved out of his trailer. He has left the trailer in the park and intends to sell it. Since the trailer is still in the park, we expect the rent to be paid…he has failed to pay rent. We cant exactly evict the guy OR the trailer because he no longer lives in the park (plus who is going to pay to move the trailer out if it is evicted?..expensive). Someone suggested we put a lien w/ back rent on it. What would you guys do in this situation? Thanks in advancne.
