I am evaluating a park that currently has 100 amp electrical service in-place. On average, what cost would I be looking at (per lot) to bring the service up to 200 amp? If you were to take over a park with 100 amp service, would you go ahead and convert all the vacant lots to 200 amp service at once? Or would you do the upgrade lot-by-lot as homes are moved in, depending on their electrical requirement for 100 or 1200 amp service?
