I’m going through the MHP College cds and I had a question about earnest money. I’ve just put an offer down on a park for 1.25 MM, should I still use the suggested bracket of 2-5 K for earnest money? In my LOI I put down 5k deposited upon agreement of terms, and they came back asking that I put down 25k for earnest… what are your thoughts?
