Q. What all tasks can be done remotely if i am purchasing a out of town park which is not in driving distance from where i stay
Considering the fact i have a day job to do in the 30-day diligence period how much of work can be done remotly vs how much work has
to be done physically in the park area including info from townhall,precints etc
and on a typical investment what are expenses incurred for doing due diligence on a park?
