I’ve got the 30 Days of Successful Due Diligence book, and it’s a great book! One question I’ve come across while reading is how to inspect occupied park owned homes without the occupant knowing that you are a potentially buying the park? I’m looking at a park with 19 park owned homes that are all occupied.
