Aside from any setbacks required by the spacing. , Do you have any basis for fitting a doublewide, For example, you have an 80x40 space. Would you consider putting a 28x60 home on there or is that too tight? Any input on this topic is appreciated , i have to remeasure the space might be more like 45, but do you have a minimum you shoot for?

Put in the largest home you can. People only care about separate walls. Distance to neighbor isn’t an issue for most consumers.
This is based up on some focus group research I came into possession of for site built homes.

In high density parks I’ll usually try to squeeze spaces between homes down to 10 feet apart if the building department will let me.
