Double wide lots

I have some lots in a newly purchase park that are for double wides. There isn’t any double wides on them.My question is if I put double wides on them how much more can I charge for these lots?

Tough question. In virtually all of our parks, we charge the same lot rent whether it’s a singlewide or doublewide. If you bring in the home and rent it, you’ll get roughly the same rent for the doublewide as you get for the singlewide (maybe $100 more tops). So the bottom line is that doublewides are not worth the extra cost. Just put singlewides on those lots.

Any reason you elect not to charge any premium whatsoever on DW lots?
