I have two fixer upper mobile homes I’m willing to donate, but what is a reasonable time to require they stay within my MHP?
Depends on you, do you want them moved off the land? You could do what you like. If you want them moved as soon as title has transfered like 10 -14 days or 30 days or whatever. If they are allowed to stay more than a couple weeks with it though, check with a lawyer about doing a temporary land lease agreement.
