I am looking at the Zippy Loan program. It is a lot less onerous than the 21st program. I would like to hear from someone who has closed a loan or two with them, good or bad.

@Rikkie Have you ever used Performance Equity Partners? Like Zippy though they are also only in a select few states. Zippy seems to be trending these days…

It’s always a good idea to look for alternatives to 21st, as their requirements can be quite strict for certain parks. Does anyone have more recent data on how Zippy’s closing times compare to the other specialized lenders right now?
