Hi all,
I have someone who wants to move into my park, but he is saying that the park the home is currently in won’t let him move out because he’s not on title, just did a bill of sale. Obviously he could go through and get it titled, but could be a long process. But I’m wondering, can the other park stop him from taking his home out if he is not on title? Do you guys require that? This is in Texas.
