One of the units in my park is owned by Greentree Financial .I’m not currently interested in buyhing it and they are trying to sell it In the meantime I’ve been billing them for the lot rent and I’m not having any luck collecting from them.
Any ideas on how to recover the lot rent from these folks would greatly be appreciated.
