I am being told by the Vanderbilt Repo guys that I have to have a dealers lic. or I will have to run it through a dealer and pay like $500 each time I buy a home from them. I can get a lic. from the state for $300 a year. I own a park about 3 hours away, but am starting a seperate Lonnie business in my new home town as a side gig to make extra passive income. Looking for advice.
