Current price to move and set up a MH

Im reading a book Frank & Dave wrote back in 2010. Can anyone assist with an updated/ current costs of the following?

“The costs of moving a home into a park include the following in addition to the home itself:
 The cost of hauling the home to the park, setting up, tying down, and leveling can cost about
$2,000.
 The cost of skirting the home with new vinyl skirting is at least $500
 The cost of front and back stairs is about $500.
 The utility hook-ups (water, sewer, gas, and electric) are about $1,000.”

It depends on the location. In Ohio, depending on distance, the fee is around $3,500 to $4,000 to transport/set up/level/tie down, $1300 plus for skirting, stairs will vary - fiberglass steps are pretty cheap, a deck will be around $1,000 each, $1,400 to $1,800 for elec hook up, a few hundred for gas, a hundred/few hundred for water.

I’d say roughly triple those numbers (northeast)

Yeah in Indiana it is similar to what tmperrault said.

I’d say double to triple what Frank said in 2010 is normal around here

In Oklahoma:
$5-8K to move and set up tailer.
Metal siding-not cheap plastic-$2500 or so depending on who does it.
Stairs? Like buying a car. Porch? just steps? Pressure treated wood or not? Labor? $500-$1500
Utilities?? Depends on what you are doing. This is commercial so you need permits and signed off by Inspector.
