Current and Historic Cap Rates

Based on the comments from this board, it sounds like a buyer’s market. I assume the cap rates for recent deals must be pretty high compared to historical cap rates. 2 questions for you experienced MHP investors:

  1. What cap rates for recent deals have you seen?

  2. How do current cap rates compare to the past?
