I got a quote for 6,200$ for mobile home set up in Michigan(single wide). This includes level, tiedown, skirt, deck, mechanical, plumbing and electric work.
Is this price reasonable? or they try to rip me off.

already has a concrete slab. We are moving a used home so no HUD spec needed.
I am in Maryland and there are only $240 parks in the entire state…$6200 is a bargain …I pay at least twice that much
I think that’s very reasonable. We have several parks in Michigan and usually plan for about $5,000 to get a home set up, utilities connected, skirted, with basic stairs / landing, and we do as much as we can in-house. I don’t think you could do it for much less unless you start doing most of the work yourself.
