Anybody know how much it costs to put in new MH pads? I’m looking at a park that has a lot of extra land where additional pads can be brought it but don’t know what that would cost.
probably would be better to call local contractor as costs by area may vary
you’d need to call someone to run out new water lines, sewer/septic lines, electricity, and get concrete poured at the very least plus a someone will need to plot the land and be inspected for all
you may be able to call a local constuction company that could cordinate all of this at an added cost but there are just to many variables to say it would cost X dollars per pad because it depends not only on area but whether you use the top notch people (who also cost the most) or go the bargain basement route
