Is it possible to convert RV lots to MH lots? I am looking at a park with about 50 MH lots that are full and 50 RV lots that are vacant. Are there city codes to be concerned with ?

That is exactly what you need to do - go talk to your city. If there are no restrictions, then go for it. Just keep in mind, unless the RV lots are huge, you may well need to combine two RV lots to make one MH lot. So you may really only be able to add 25 MH lots to your existing 50-space MHP. But talk to the city, understand conversion regulations, zoning, setback rules, etc. You may want to hire an attorney to help you - especially if you have to get a ‘waiver’ or any such thing to do this.
