We bought a 55 pad 55+ park about 3 years ago this June. The park had about 22 vacancies when we bought it. It now has 10 vacancies but many of these are in the least desirable area of the park (next to a busy road). We have already relaxed the pet policy and the age restriction somewhat but at this point don’t accept families. I am very tempted to open it up to families or maybe just a section of the park for families. Any thoughts or experiences to share? Thanks
