I would use this forum as your "consulting firm with many consultants on staff) 
There is some of the brightest minds in mobile home parks that are on this board daily. I do not know of any good consultants per say. I would stick with the people that are in the trenches and doing it day in and day out. I would attend as many events… MOM, Mobile Home Millions, Mobile Home Bootcamp, teleseminars, etc. and read as much as you can… Blog, Forum, articles, books, etc.
Try to find other like minded individuals and develop a group (whether in your community or online).
