I just got a quote from an attorney for an opinion letter for a conduit loan for $8,000 - 10,000. This seems WAY out of line for the 10-20 hours work he initially told me it would take. We’re closing soon, and I’m wondering if I just bite the bullet here and chalk (another) one up to experience and do better next time.
Is this in line with others’ experience?
