Concrete pads not in best shape

Hi Everyone,

We have a park in north central Indiana with some empty pads that we are looking to fill. The pads are 20’ x 45’ and the concrete is broken in spots.

Is it important for the entire pads to be one unbroken piece of concrete or can there be some broken spots as long as the concrete blocks aren’t sitting on a crack?

Thank you!

Refer to your set up team. Should not be a problem

Let me know if you are looking to buy any used trailers. I have 2 available in Indiana.

I’ve never had to deal with this. Is it possible to get the home level? You might want to talk to your installer and get their opinion. Or talk to the inspector and ask them. It sounds like you’ll need small homes to fit on those short lots which could be hard to find.

It seems like that may be the case, thank you

Thank you. I’ve been advised by the state MHA to have concrete runners installed. I don’t think getting it level will be a challenge. Rather, keeping it level through the frost/thaw cycle would be a challenge too risky to wager.
