i hear a lot of you talking on here about being able to buy new 3/2 singles 16x80 real reasonably, but every source i try to buy from is telling me they start at over 28k. what outlets are you all using to be able to buy such cost affective homes. i am in western pa, if that makes any difference, and we have been buying newer homes to update our park, i would love to be able to buy new homes at a reasonable price.
