I brought in
a early 2000 mobile home in my park in Anderson Indiana and my electrical
service is all 100 AMP. I got a bill of $1, 098 to install new 200A disconnect, grounding, conduit and feed
wire from pedestal to main breaker panel to feed new home. Does
that amount about right or am I getting over charged? Below I
have the list of items he charged me for below.

Did your contractor say why he used a 200 A switch instead of a 100 A switch? By your description it is a NEMA 3R rain tight switch, which is correct, but there is no reason to use one bigger than required (for the load). Tomorrow while I’m out I will check prices at HD to see what the differences are. All of the other parts that you listed are nickel and dime items except the ground rod. And it really sounds like a 1 man job to me, not a 2 man job.
