Has anybody had experience installing the new duplex unit into their parks? If so, I’d be curious how it has been received - do residents like it? How well did it sell?
I walked the model they had at the Kentucky Home Show and it was comparable to other single-wide units, but I’d be interested to hear how residents feel sharing a wall with someone else, and how people have been handling sales - is it possible to sell one half of the duplex or are these best suited for POH / rentals only? How does pricing compare to a standalone home?
