This is a huge source of ancillary revenue in the multifamily housing arena, I don’t know the exact numbers but my guess is the fees would be based upon the size of your park and also new contracts. Bigger the park the more leverage you have. All the major cable/internet providers in your area should have a Commercial Sales Rep of some sort who would handle negotiations for such a deal.
