I am trying to put together a blind offer. I have gotten as far as getting the LLC name and the “agent for service process” name. According to a couple other websites, it seems the LLC has only one member. The LLC address listed is a place of business. CA will not let me see any personal information and it doesn’t look like then LLC has any public documents available. My question, if I want to write an offer, how would I word the owner information? Would I use “Owner Per Record”?

Yes, that’s fine. The whole goal is just to get them to call you, and that will happen regardless of whether or not you have the correct name in there.
