I will let Greg Meade tell you his success story… because it is very impressive! I would buy Lonnie Scrugg’s “Deals on Wheels” book. The most difficult purchase/sale will be your first mobile home… it then keeps getting easier and easier! I would send an email to Fred Balke… Fred did Lonnie deals for several years and now is part owner of a mobile home park in Albany, Georgia. I think he will tell you that one of the happiest days in his life was when he quit his job!
