I would try to work with somebody that buys a lot of homes from the bank. We have worked with a used mobile home dealer in Texas and paid him a nominal fee to inspect/buy all of our homes. It has worked out really well.

I would contact Sean Williams. He can find mobile homes for you nationally. Fred and Steve have bought several homes at great prices through Sean.

Hi Keith,

Is it necessary to get the RBI license in TX to buy and sell repos? Or, could someone just get the retailer license? I’ve been told a retailer license is ok. Is it necessary to get the entire RBI license to buy repos?
