I have a quick question. I was looking to buy a MHP and it is half full of 12 wides (it has 32 lots 16 of which are 12s) now its in a good area and owner is willing to finance the whole note. At this point I’m not really worried about terms as I am about these mobiles. the lots can only fit 12*56s. I literally would have to move everything around to fit anything bigger, while losing the amount of spaces. Just bounce some ideas of how to approach this off me, or should i just say, next?
