Hello all,
I am looking at some parks that are needing infill and rehab. I am new and just wondering how things work. I know I need to become a dealer so when I move homes in I can sell them but when I buy are you buying from another local dealer or are you going to the factory as a dealer to get a better price? If from the factory how do you contact them. All I can find is local dealers info.

Hi, we recently bought a small park in NC. We went through the effort of becoming a dealer so that we can purchase directly from the factory. It took some poking around on the Internet and several phone calls to get to the right person who handed us off to the factory. It was well worth it. We are buying 5 new units at a very good price.
