Buying a park through a Short Sale

Hi all,

Has anybody ever accomplished a Short Sale for a MHP?? And if so, please write to me. I short sale a lot of sfh and have an opportunity to short a park in Pa.

Hi Mike,

I do short sales as well, on houses and mobiles. In my opinion, a park would work the same way.

Have you started on it yet?
